Ingredients (one per line):
12 Green Onions 10-12 Garlic 2 Bok Choy 1 cup Ground Beef 1 teaspoon Ginger 1 teaspoon Black Pepper 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds 1 pack Noodles(Knife Sliced Noodles) can use udon or Rice Noodles 3 tablespoons Korean chili pepper flakes 1 tablespoon Sugar 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce 2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
Instructions:
Prep Cut up Green Onions (12) Separate the white part and green part Smash the Garlic an chop it up (10-12 cloves) Cut Bok Choy in halfs Sauce Mix 3 tablespoons of korean chili pepper flakes(brand Gochugaru) 1 tablespoon Sugar 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce 2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce Cooking Heat 3 tablespoons Cooking oil when hot in high heat add the white part of the green onions, Garlic and a little bit of ginger let Cook 1-2 mins Add Ground beef, black pepper and cook when cooked reduce heat to medium add the sauce and cook for 1-2 mins while mixing In another pot add Bok Choy to boiling hot water for 1 min remove Bok Choy and cook noodles in the same water Take cooked noodles from the water and place into pot with sauce and ground beef and mix it up. when done plate noodles and decorate with the green part of the green onions and Sesame Seeds place Bok Choy next to it.
